The new Microsoft operating system has an almost complete redesign of its interface. It’s minimalistic, modern, and curvy looking. It also includes new themes and functions.
Some of these new features include Microsoft Teams and widgets being directly integrated into the taskbar, and you can now use Android apps on your PC for the first time.
Microsoft has also optimized the software’s user experience to make it easier and faster to navigate.
As announced on their official twitter account; Windows 11 will be available starting October 5th. However, there’s a “but”. Windows 11 won’t run on all PCs.
There’s a strict list of hardware requirements. To run Windows 11, your PC must have:
- 1GHz, 64-bit processor with two or more cores
- 4GB RAM or higher
- At least 64GB of storage
- A Trusted Platform Model (TPM) chip
- Graphics card compatible with DirectX 12 or with WDDM 2.0 driver
If your device isn’t fully compatible with Windows 11, you won’t be able to download it via Windows Update. You can check if your computer is compatible with Windows 11 by using Microsoft’s Health Check App or contact us and we’ll do it for you.
